Refund Policy

Sales are final and items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the buyer changes their mind after the purchase.

Each artwork is packaged with the utmost care, while very rare, accidents can still happen during shipping. If your print or artwork purchase is damaged during shipping, please send a message or email to 

  • Please provide photos of the damage to the email above.
  • A replacement of the damaged product might be possible with no extra cost for the buyer.
  • Sold out original artworks and limited edition prints cannot be replaced. 

A full or partial refund may be issued if the print or artwork cannot be replaced, and was damaged during delivery. 

  • Photo verification of the damage is necessary before a refund can be made.
